Fred has been an insurance agent since 1986.  He has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Business.  He has served on the Coryell County Review Board, City of Gatesville Planning and Zoning Commission and chaired both.  He was on the Gatesville Main Street Revitalization Board and chaired that also.

He was the past president of the Gatesville Lions Club.  He has volunteered for the Gatesville Chamber of Commerce and other local charities.  He works with local school organizations by providing photography services to their events.
